Topic of thanks

Post by Zinners » Sun Jun 12, 2005 6:48 pm

I am still quite new at MQ2, but I thought after a couple months (including one patch/update) I need to offer at least a message of thanks.

MQ2 has offered a new breath (and eyes) to EQ that, honestly, should have been coded into EQ anyway. I am aware of some of the extent and power that MQ2 offers, but even the basic bundle merits a decent value.

The scope of what "MQ2 can do" versus, "what I use it for" is a very wide gap. The HUD mods, the map mods and the ability to target a player charater anywhere in zone are all tools that I can't fathom (after this short of time) how I played EQ for 4 years not possessing.

To the devs and those who donate to this project,

Thank-you.

I remember having to do thousands and thousands of combines by hand.

And, remembering that...aren't you glad you don't have to, now?
