Does MQ recognize "Game Ticks" -- Canni Mac Help.

Just curious if it would. Indoors on my shaman i cant use horse so i do the infamous "Canni Dance" where u sit just long enough to get the sit hp/mana regen then stand/canni and sit once again. Timed correctly it regains mana quite fast and very efficiently.

Anywho i have a gheto macro set up so i dont gota do it by hand where i just put a 6 second pause in but it always gets ahead/behind the tick after a while. Id like somethin i could go afk when i run oom, turn it on, come back with either full mana or it still workin hard to canni.

Anywho i can prob throw somethin together but not sure if MQ2 can do what i want it to do.
