IRC page updated

I set up a bot tonight to dump basic channel info for display on the website. More for Lavish Software, but since the web sites are on the same server, and I'm using the same irc network, I can do the MQ channel also

The irc page now shows current channel topic (which also shows the current MQ2 zip), as well as the users currently in the channel.
