Can't tell if MQ is even working

Post by Mordurk » Sat Oct 19, 2002 6:37 pm

I'm having problems getting MQ to actually work. I open the file, then open everquest, but there's no message about MQ up and running. Also the /who command returns the normal /who list instead of the one it usually does when using /who with MQ active. The icon appears in my system tray. It worked before the patch, and yes, i have downloaded the newest version of MQ. I'm probably doing something dumb that i just can figure out. Any help would be greatly appriciated

normal who will show if /filters macro none is in place. if this filter is in place the "Macroquest is active." shown when loaded wont show either. i use this all the time because im really used to the old /who list. to turn it off type /filter macros all

Yeah, I dot confused with that Once. To test that MQ is working I usually target something and then do a /face.

If I rotate to look its working if I dont its not  If it is working then the filters are blocking output and they need to be modified.

1. install perl (see your readme file for link)

2. copy eqlib.dll from the nonperl folder and replace it with eqlib.dll in the macroquest folder where macroquest.exe is
