Info.mac help

I was trying to see the hps of a member of my group last night as well as the hps of his pet. I was trying to use info.mac but I apparently couldn't get the syntax correct. I read the readme and still couldn't get it. Can someone help me with the correct syntax please?

Actual HP numbers are not reported to the client for other players or NPC's (pets included), only the percent value.

And info.mac is in an old format that no longer works. Should've been either updated or removed from the distribution long ago but it looks like it's been forgotten.
