Just a little note to you guys. The cheese exploit is back, however, it seems that it is back for just one purpose, catching people exploiting it. Avoid it, don't get banned, cause they are watching that one.

I had to check it out and cheese is only paying back like 31gp per round.. cheese is not back

I have to agree there, tried a stack of components (manually, of course, and away from the merchant just to be safe) -- exact same combine, (10 per combine) exact same profits as after they nerfed it. cheese is definately not back.

Did this get changed to a negative profit on 10/31 then back, or is this just how they left it from a while ago?

Please read the reply above your post. It indicates that Valerian produced a stack of cheese ~November 4th and it produced the same minimal profit as before the October 31st patch.
