Lay Hands - doability

It would appear, and someone can confirm, that /doability "Lay Hands" for a Paladin does not respond. Doing a /doability list shows the button that "Lay Hands" is on as "Infravision". Manually doing the command "/doability Infravision" pressed the button that has "Lay Hands" on it.

Perhaps I missed an update somewhere?

I've noticed this with other abilties myself... I think maybe sneak was mixed up with something, I forget.

Anyone know status on this? Or is Lay Hands something that can't be macro'd.

I believe this is mentioned in the docs somewhere, but if its not it should be. Lay on Hands, Harmtouch, Slam, Tail whip or whatever it is, and some others arent skills, theyre innates. So, for things that are expecting skills, these wont show up correctly

Lax's information is a little stale.

There's are patches in the VIP bug reports forum that should make the innates work like other abilities that should be in the next zip.

In the mean time, make sure you have a button for the ability in your ->Combat Abilities<- panel, then do /doability list. Look at the name displayed for that slot, it will be incorrect (slam will be called regeneration, harm touch will be called harmony, and so on). You can then use that name instead of the correct one when calling /doability.

Mmm, must have missed this info when it first went around, though I caught snippets of it (from the talk about slam/regeneration), good to know, thanks Cr4zy,

Not really "stale", the information i gave is absolutely correct.. just because theres info on making it work correctly doesnt mean theyre not innates.. and you're the one that posted on the thread from may ;)
