Anyone know how to include a countdown for ticks? It's common knowledge that you can't aggro mobs on ticks, so having something to count down from 6-0 all the time would help for running past mobs, or for choosing the best time to cast a spell or sing a song.
Any help or push in the right direction is appreciated.

Was thinking of this the other day while aggro kiting on my Nec.
What I do is run from the mob, but sit every tic so I am able to retain all the benefits of med/iksar regen and still kite. Although I've gotten the timing down very good it would be helpful to have some type of timer going for when things get hairy and I loose track of when that next tic is coming.
Been away at college for awhile and haven't messed with this stuff in a long time... course, I never was any good at it.
