Languages of EQ

With the release of PoP, I am finding that knowing certain languages are starting to play a part in questing.

Does MQ have some facility either like a $char(XXX) or similar beast to set, change, and determine the current spoken EQ game language i.e Orc Troll, Barb.

To set or change the language use /lang 1 for human, I think 9 is DE see EQ documention for the rest. Doesnt the $char tell the race and the level? From that you can figure what he speaks.
