It seems that there are several problems with spellcasting which lead into a crash of EQ. I first recognized it on HoT spells but a few hours ago on normal buffs as well.
Not sure where the problem exactly is. Will proceed in testing.

MyCastTime requires an offset change, see

I'd imagine a new zip is due shortly, Amadeus and crew are still tracking down a few offset/struct changes as they're found.
