Post by syrupwolf » Mon Aug 30, 2004 4:57 pm

I cannot get autoheal to work. everything witht he macro works except auto cheal for druid

i have it set up
Tankheal= Karana's Renewal
in the INI file.

but no matter what i do, it always says cannot find the heal that autoheal uses for tanks in your spellbook. i know a friend who had the exact same problem also.
I know the spell is spelled right
and i have everything set up correct. can anyone help me?

It may be ' instead of `

There are two of those little marks, it "could" be the other one.

Karana's Renewal

Karana`s Renewal

We were trying out a couple recommendations in IRC, but I don't know that we got an affirmitive on if anything worked. Wardave was working with it, you might want to check with him.

Also, I would suggest posting this in the genbot thread, as this is a genbot question, not a mq2 question.

I use a druid regularly with Genbot, and I have no problems healing. The only difference between your tankheal line and mine is that I don't have a space after the =. So instead of:

Code: Select all

Tankheal= Karana's Renewal
I have:

Code: Select all

Tankheal=Karana's Renewal
Also, if you're using any custom events for Protect, Defend, etc; I've found that my druid lags behind sometimes. I just fire my debuff event manually now and use Interruptforheals=on or HTFever it's spelled. Seems to work just fine that way.

Oh, and make sure your tank heal % is right... though I'm guessing that's not your problem. I usually set mine to like 80% in GoD if I'm main healing. Otherwise I set it up to 30-40% with Nature's Infusion as my tank heal if there's a cleric in group.
