Need the scoop on Cheese.mac

Im kinda new to EQ and was wondering a few things about Cheese.mac
do you have to be a certain skill in baking to profit from the macro?
And what vendor do I goto to purchase the rennet and milk?
I been looking at baking guides on the internet and cant find the place that sells the 2 items needed to make cheese.
