Incoming hotkey?

Would it be possible to make a simple hotkey in game to say some thing like Inc >>> %T <<< and then class and maybe level of the incoming mob?

Like Inc >>> Korascian Warlord <<< level 68 warrior

Yes, that would be really simple. But, why would you want this? It should show that you are using MQ...but here it goes.

Cut and paste that into notepad, save it as incoming.mac (Save it into your macro directory) and then make a hotkey that does the following

If I ever saw someone use that as their pull message, I wouldn't know wheather to laugh or slap the person (very hard if I might add)

Well, I have a nice group of people I group with usually and can trust and most people in the guild know I use anyway. Obviously its not for pickup groups :)

Lol, I personally wouldnt use this even if people did know I used MQ, BUT, if I did, I wouldnt make a whole macro for it. I'd just use this in a hotkey..

The problem with a macro like this is that it makes it blatantly obvious that you're using MQ2 if SOE should ever check their logs on you.

Yes El, I pointed that out. The reason I chose a macro over a hotkey, is so if you dont have a target, it wont say "Incoming <<< Target >>> Level NULL NULL"

If you dont want the Null Null, then use this..

Then if there was no target it would say "Inc >>>Target<<<" which is no big dealy..
