Changing the Title of the mq window

I've done quite a bit of searching and have had trouble finding anything to explain how to change the title of the mq window. Would appreciate any help given in advance.. i realize this is probably a semi-retarded question sorry

in release dir:
MQ2ChatWnd.ini
look for :
WindowTitle=XXX

edit it

I looked in here in hopes of finding some missing peice of info I need in order to get MQ2 working properly, and I did.

Thanks for noting in your answer that the ini file belongs in the Release folder. Time to test some more and see what happens.
