Looking for a simple macro to nuke every 30 seconds.

I currently use a kiting macro on my bard so he can kite and run in circles, and I'd like to have my cleric nuke a mob every 30 seconds.

At the moment, I was thinking of just making it so that when I started the macro, it'd nuke my target, then every 30 seconds it'd nuke it agian. Or, when I start the macro, it pauses for 30 seconds, then nukes, then every 30 seconds it nukes.

At the moment I'm thinking it ma be best if I just manually assist, rather than it automatically assisting the bard, incase he switches targets accidentally or something. Anyone possibly have any ideas? Basically I just want to get a bit of DPS out of my cleric, instead of having him sit there sponging exp for the whole time in fire and doing nothing =)

Maybe it isn't this way anymore with the new Macro Request section but stickied in the old one reads this:

This forum is intended for users who want to a request a macro and have others write it. If you are the type of person who happens to be annoyed by those who do that then this is definately not the forum you should be browsing. If you are looking to request a macro, or fulfill a macro request for practice or to be helpful, then this is the forum for you.

The title for the forum sort of implies that is what this is for as well. I would be right with this type of reply if it was posted in the macro help section but I always thought this was the forum where you could make requests for others to write macros for you.(doesn't mean anyone will look at it or do it). Maybe the title should be changed if this is not the intent anymore.
