Feature Request: Not Operator

When doing an NPC search using /who a not operator would be wonderful.

such as:

/who npc all != bat&human&bear

Easiest way to imp. this would be to add noalert func to /who I think... unless its already there. I'll take a look at it, its being scratched onto my todo list... Also, it has been dropped into the feature request section on SourceForge.

I also would love to see /who having alert and noalert parameters, that would make finding specific mobs sooo much easier.
