Ok first time posting and all,

Compiled and got mq2 working with no issues from the setup phase.

But the problem i have is that other then VB i'm gimp as fuck. Some questions i do have if you all do not mind answering.

1) I've got MQ working as far as i know, the loading screens have the changed MQ2 graphic. I get the MQ window on my character select screen but i cannot use it.....when i log into the world i lose the mq box.

2) is there a plugin or what not for zoning into zones that you do not have the proper flags for? Or for zoning into zones that are connected to your current zone without actually warping or going to that point?

Thanks for the help feel free to bust my balls cause i really am fairly gimp being army infantry we don't hacvto be smart.

Elric, you're getting soft. BTW, where's that l33t plugin you were working on a while back? You know ... the one w/ those cool combat features.

No idea why you say you don't have to be smart. Quite a bit of the equipment used by the infantry isn't something any old person on the street would know how to use.

Having spent 13+ years in the Army, most of it with the 82nd Airborne, and the infantry, I feel I am somewhat qualified to make such comments.

But yeah, don't speak of anything in here other than what comes standard in MQ2. Especially what you asked.

yeah, not gonna flame, but heres a shot in the dark for you and all newcomers

click the search link, or browse the forums, if you cannot find it on these forums, and it involves game-play modification, dont ask =) take those questions to f-h or hackersquest.

By moral means, most of the macroquest community are simple people who want help twisting songs on a bard, or people who dont feel the urge to click combine 10,000 times. The majority of the people here wouldnt even know where to start. The people who do know, would like to keep the hacks in a small community isolated from the simpler mq users who could read about this kinda stuff, try it out, and get banned.

Fortunately the seperation from tradeskill macroers and bard twisters have kept a lot of the hacks off this board, and a lot of us (even the ones who hack memory etc) are glad and want to keep it that way
