/declare BuffLoc int local 0

/varcalc BuffLoc ${Me.Buff[LichSpell].ID}-1
/notify BuffWindow Buff${BuffLoc} leftmouseup

is not working for me i swear i seen this exact example given but it errors with :

Window "BuffWindow" not available.

any ideas on this?

The error your geting is because there is no window called "BuffWindow". I belive the name might be buffwnd but not sure I am sure if you do a search you will find somthing.

no need to search. open up the fucking EQUI_BuffWindow.xml.
It is in fact called BuffWindow, and the lines he pasted absolutely work.

The problem is that you loaded MQ after being in game, and MQ has no idea what windows are loaded.

You have 3 choices.
a) quit and restart eq
b) camp and come back in
c i) /loadskin <your ui> 1
c ii) if you dont use a custom ui, just do /loadskin default 1

well shit that was the case i did load mq after i was ingame, thanx lax didnt kno that was an issue but i do now :)
