help with xxxx macro, please

using a xxxx macro that a friend got for me, i believe its called xxxx. basically u target npc selling xxx gear an start the macro. it then beging to buy and make the xxx for you. my question is this, i keep gettting the response "could not find xxxx" not this item is listed in the npcs inventory for sale so why does my macro not see it there.

Get off of my boards.
That macro was leaked and we will not be providing any support for it on these boards.

Sorry if Im harsh but this ruined my day yesterday and today doesnt look so good either.
