I am a mage, My requests are somewhat like aiyen's. Let me try to be a bit more specific though.
I would like a macro to allow me to set assist and target their target when they have one.... Then I would like my pet to go in when the mob is at 95pct. Have me cast Malosinia (spell 3) at 90pct. Possibly standing, and then sitting during these casts.... (Tell me if I need to be more specific please). At 60pct I would like it to cast spell 7 (Firebolt of Tallon). Then at 20pct cast spell 8 (Black Steel).
I'm wondering if a macro can monitor my pet's buffs and the groups damage shield for a recast.... Pet buff = Burnout V and group ds = Maelstrom of Ro.
I don't have any exp with writing script so it will be really nice if you can write it up exact without any fill in's. If you need more info I can give you that.

Everything you requested can be done, but I am not sure that I would know how to do it.

Look at the rogue-assist macro. You could change the part where it charges in to just /pet attack. Then, using the same target's target monitoring code, have a trigger at 90% to cast something.

As N00bie said, there are about 15 macros that I can think of off the top of my head in the Depot that do this or are so general that the smallest amount of editing make them do this.

I will take a look at one of the premade macros and try to edit it for you. I am not an expert at programming, so if someone wouldn't mind looking it over when I get it up.
