use autodebuff for healing unless your boting from outside the group

Gotta love all the halpless macro'ers out there that are now whining because their macs aren't working and they might have to learn a thing or two again.

I'll add this to the 'todo' pile unless someone beats me to it. Some of GrimJacks' macros deserve to stay alive. They're just so well built.
