Clicky buffs mac

Anyone have a macro that would open up a specified container, pick up an item (such as the dain ring for example) and swap it with your current item in that slot, right click the buff then re-swap the item out and close the pack?

Ive been doing this manually for ages now, and my achy wrists would love it to have a macro to do this for me.

Thanks if anyone has a macro to do this or is willing to whip one up.

/itemnotify pack1 rightmouseup
select item:
/itemnotify in pack1 1 leftmouseup
wear item:
/itemnotify leftfinger leftmouseup
click item:
/itemnotify leftfinger rightmouseup
wear original item:
/itemnotify leftfinger leftmouseup
put item back in pack:
/itemnotify in pack1 1 leftmouseup
close pack 1:
/itemnotify pack1 rightmouseup

figure it out, you can do this on a hotkey or a custom bind, using /multiline
