Macroquest2.sln not a valid Visual Studio file?!?

VS6.0 is claiming that Macroquest2.sln is not a valid Visual Studio solution file. Anyone else have this problem before? Is there something I am forgetting? flame away plz... thx

use the sln file for .NET. use the dsw file for VC6
