ESC causes crash to Desktop

Post by MunkyBoy » Fri Feb 20, 2004 4:21 pm

I installed the latest release of MacroQuest2 last night, and have run into a problem I have never seen before.

If there are no UI windows currently open (ones that are closed by pressing ESC, i.e.: inventory, container, AA window, etc...), pressing ESC causes EQ to crash to Desktop. This happens with or without any macro's running.

Has anyone else run into this problem, or have any ideas how to get rid of it?

What is the date/time of your EQUIStructs.h file ...and the date/time on the zip you downloaded?

This was fixed last zip and everyone has reported it fixed ....but you.

I just had to say: OMFG read and search something!

Sorry...it's just one of those issues that is getting to the point of 'OMFG read something' status.

Maybe we could change the disclamer on the download page from:
Since the public cvs server is about 24h "behind" the developer cvs, we try to keep the zipfile below synced with that, so you might be better of just getting this file instead.
To:
Since the public cvs server is about 24h "behind" the developer cvs, we try to keep the average MQ user synced 24h "behind" the developers, so you might be better off just reading the forums, doing a ::Search::, or RTFM, instead.
