help with khiTS and Motar and Pestal

Post by bltracer » Wed Jan 28, 2004 12:18 am

I have khiTS almost running, but am having trouble with it finding the combine button on Mortar and Pestal...

Downloaded khiTS.mac
Downloaded tradeskills.inc
Downloaded recipes.ini

trying to make Cellestial Essence, a ton of them...

it gets 1 Celestial Solvent, puts it in Mortar
it gets 1 The Scent of Marr, pust it in Mortar
Pointer then stops about an inch under the combine button for a second, then grabs another Solvent and stacks them in Mortar...

any ideas???

Thanks

I ran khits to make celestial essences. Before you begin, make sure you have your windows how you want them. Then close them all. Then open them again. When you close them and open them again, it saves their possitions in the macros 'mind' *kind of* :) so that's how it knows wut to click. Once you run it again, it will know where the combine button is, then be able to click it.

use this:
[CEssence]
Cont=#mortar
Comp0=Celestial Solvent
Comp1=The Scent of Marr

Should avoid any mispellings...

Eh, not quite. EQ saves window positions to your hard drive when you close the window. The current generation of mouse code uses your local files to find coordinates for where to move the mouse to click. So if you open a window and move it, the actual location does not match the file location.

Now, close the window, EQ updates your files, and MQ can now find the new location.

The 3rd generation mouse code I'm still working on invokes the windows directly, so the opening/closing thing won't matter anymore. You'll be able to move windows around as you want and MQ will still find them without doing the whole open/move/close/open routine.
