Solaria UI MQ Mods (v0.3 Apr 2004)

There are two modifications of Solaria UI. Fryfrog's version and my version

Original Solaria UI.
Fryfrog's Version download.
Jabber's Version download.

Instructions:
  1. Download the original Solaria UI and unzip to a new directory in your everquest/uifiles directory
  2. Download the Patch and unzip to the same folder
  3. Download either Fryfrog's Solaria UI Mod or jabber's Solaria UI Mod and unzip to the same folder and overwrite the files.
  4. Load MQ and EQ and under options/General change your UI.
Suggestions are welcome and I'll try to do requests if i have time.

Working on fixing a few modifications.

-The Buff window graphics will probably be modified a bit to be wider, but I really didn't want to make any windows bigger than they already are.
-The Group window will probably have short class names and the lvl and class in a different location.
-Adding HP+, MP+ and ZEM to player info on the pet buff window

Any more suggestions are welcome.

Solaria is my fav UI, altho the bags don't line up correctly with MQ. When I do tradeskills, I always have to revert to a default UI in order to hit the combine buttons on containers.

Yeah sorry the links will be updated soon. If you really can't wait you can PM me with your email and say you wanted the solaria update or something and i'll pass it your way.

I'm updating the buff window, because its pretty big. I'll update the zip again soon.

Anyways, if you have any suggestions or want some features added let me know. I just added some basic things to the UI that i wanted.

The HP+ and MP+ numbers do weird things but not much i can do about that unless MQ is updated to search the persons equipment for effects. check buffs, etc and then calculate HP+ and MP+. Its possible to do though, but I don't have the time atm.

With newest zip (01172004), after following your directions completely, when I load the UI ingame I get to see my lovely desktop.

I modified the player window to replace wt / max wt with mana / max mana in blue, i like that. I was hoping to figure out how to put a con color background on the target window, but that is beyond me. The only thing that is broken though is the multi-purpose pet window, the buttons/tabs are not there for some reason :(
