ElCeltic v1.0 (November 20th, 2003)

Download ElCeltic v1.0

I basically ripped off a bunch of code from Space-Boy's Infiniti mod and applied it to the awesome Celtic UI by T.King. The screenshot is in the resolution I play in (1152x864) but from what T.King says, it will fit any resolution as the windows are resizable.

You'll need to arrange the windows manually because I have a viewport type black border around my UI and most people detest it so I won't give my INI with this.

v1.0 Features:

--Mana Status for both Current and Maximum mana (Numeric).
--X/Y Loc at the bottom of the player screen for convienence.
--Target box displays both the target's Level and Class.
--Zonewide GM check in the group window. Will display TRUE if a GM is in zone.
--Small buff icons with buff description and time remaining.

Yeah, you probably can. The best way to do this is to make a new directory, place your current UI in it, and then paste the window files you want into it. You'll also want to check the XML files for any TGA files that may correspond.

Definitely create a new folder though because ever since the last patch, I've been having a hell of a time trying to mix-and-match UI's.

You would have to take the animations, windowpieces and what ever window you want. Its not very hard to gank and upgrade UI stuff so long as the original author didnt go do crazy stuff like totally create their own borders etc.

So i grabbed 4 windows from the UI. Buff window, group, target and self. I grabbed all the tga's as well. Worked really nicely, except for two things.

1) The rest of my UI doesn't use the TKing scheme so I have 4 windows now that look really different than all my other windows. I like simple windows without allot of flourishes so I'm not sure if I'll go all TKing or try to modify my existing UI to do the same as this one. I'm not very good with XML, so probably go all TKing.

2) The 4 windows I grabbed all seem to be just a tiny bit too short. Like half a button's height too short. For example, the invite and disband buttons on the bottom of the group window are half hidden under the bottom of the group window. I think this is because my UI expects the group window to be a specific size and the one I grabbed from the UI is a fraction larger.

Overall, I'm thrilled to have the new functionality available to me! Thanks again Elretardo. :)

Your UI rocks! Being able to see mana numerically and LOC is a great feature
