The Rules for using MQ2 are quite straightforward, really. Astonishingly simple, in fact, in a complex world.

First off, no one here likes you, has any desire to know you, and, in fact, the entire sodding Universe doesn't give a stuff what you want or have to say. Go Away.

Should you remain on despite the first rule, we next wish you to know that coming in, striking a pose, and asking how to do things without spending a modicum of effort utilizing the search engine will cause the wastelands to echo with laughter, and you will look like the stupid pillock you are. You will then be told to Go Away, more forcibly, and people will really begin to mean it. Search for your answer first, if you can’t find it search for it again, reading is not a useless endeavor here it is a required practice. This is your first and second assignment…

Next, having proven your gross ineptitude for utilizing a search engine and or that your reading comprehension is below that of the average sixth grader, construct you inquiry so as to succinctly delineate the issue you are troubled by. “I need help” in the title of your topic will classify you as a bona fide member of the “Village Idiots Without Synaptic Function” club. If your question is not common knowledge to the most fledgling members of this forum and you have included your attempts to solve the issue your self, you may be accorded a measure of respect here, perhaps for the first time in your doubtless tawdry little life. It's something to look forward to.

Finally, while making your inquiry and or replying to a senior members of the forum remember this is not your local boozer where every vulgarity, expletive, and prejudicial slur are met by howls of laughter from halfwits who are only 15 minutes and 3 drinks away from spending the night in Detox. Posting in the wrong section and or on old threads tends to get you ignored and or scorned. Flaming the deities is a sure way to become persona nongrata. These guys aren’t friendly customer service reps, they do all of this for free and if, from your perspective, it seems that they are copping an attitude, in truth its probably justified frustration in having to deal with village idiots like you and I. If the small price you pay for their FREE help is a bit of intellectual snobbery now and then **shrug** GET OVER IT. There are standards here, whether you can follow the concept or not, and if you ignore or trample them, you will not only be told to Go Away, you will Go Away.

And to think I thought I came to this thread from the main page thinking it was gonna be useful.

j/k I think this should be sticked, copied to every forum, and posted as a main link frmthe main site. Now I dont claim to be a master coder who doesnt ask astupid question once in a while, but believe you me I search for my shtuff first. The people who come here and just say gimme gimme gimme are the ones that need to go imho. But to the people who are new and wish to learn and help promote this in a useful way (i.e. no plat macroing please) then by all means ask away, just remember the beloved search button first.

WTF....I thought this was going to be the post where you all told me you had finished customizing a macro that would log in and play my toon for me, using my standard line-up of spells and intimate knowledge of all of my right-clickies.
