need help with macro

[omper]

I need a macro to do the following..

do command 1
do command 2
do command that gets a list back
parse list for line x
Waits for input from keyboard ie Y or N
if Y writes line x to a file
if N do command 4


all this in a loop of 500
and then whole thing in loop of 33
and then entire macro in loop of 3
