Visual Studio required?

Is it required that I own a copy of Visual Studio to be able to compile MacroQuest2?

what u mean borrow? would be great have visual basic (censor: i'm an idiot; please ignore me) 6 anyone can help me in compiling using that pogram?

No.

That's not a refusal, it's an impossibility. MQ is written in C++, and requires C++ to compile. Visual C++ 6.0 or .NET specifically.

Please read the forums and use the search feature, all these questions have been asked and answered dozens of times.
