Cannot open include file: 'MQ2Auth2.h'?

Hey people,

After reading Lax's complie instructions here and spending around 2 hours looking and reading to find my problem. This whole folder/file doesn't seem to exist at all.

What I did was download the zip file, extract them to their proper folders, set active project configuration to MQ2Main (I am using Visual 6) and then F7 to build MQ2Main.dll.

I know I am missing something but I can't figure out why. Did a file go missing from the zip file?

Any help is appreciated.

did you run mq2auth.exe?

You need to run mq2auth.exe on each machine you wish to compile MQ2. mq2auth.exe will create this file.

Compiling instructions
BEFORE COMPILING WITH ANY METHOD - Run MQ2Auth.exe
Visual Studio 7 / .NET - Select "Release" configuration (should be already set), hit Build All. All DLLs and the MacroQuest2.exe will compile to the release directory.
Visual Studio 6 - Load the workspace. Set MQ2Main as active project. Hit Build MQ2Main.dll (F7). Now do Batch Build (under Build menu). Click Build in the window. All should compile with no errors or warnings.

If you read that part of the post very carefully, you will see what you missed
