Modified Hunter Mac for wizard

Was hoping someone could post a modified hunting mac for wizards or NON pet casters.

Basically... run up to a mob on the array, stop a short distance away, nuke, if resist nuke agian , loot mob, move to safe area, med, and go agian.

I dont know how to code in the spell casting properly but I heard someone has a good spellcasting ini or osmething... I just dont know how to make sure the spell is cast...
