Changes:
nopredict default
Notes Window -> /editmacro
source cleanup (finally removed all the exports and just use the function addresses - someone mentioned this like 9 months ago)
$strlen() and other string functions now work with )'s
fixed systray icon ghosting
/itemtarget and /doortarget will now truely target the thing (eqaddr_target -> faked spawninfo)
Both of these commands now have a "notarget" parameter to not change your (real) target.

Anyone want to CVS this for lazy ol' me? The diff is only 100k and based out of the root (not EQLib dir)

It's similar to Windiff, but actually lets you edit and merge differences between the left and right panes (merging either direction).

cvsed by DKAA and I just updated the zipfile with theese changes. hopefully everything made its way in... it was alittle messy to get it "perfect".
