Manipulating channels?

Is it possible to create a macro that would turn on certain channels and turn off others? (referring to channels such as say, tell, ooc, etc -- not 'custom' channels).

For example, I would want to create a macro that would be for 'regular' playing -- then one for "do not distrub" playing, etc...

Looks like he just means a macro to automatically change the filters for him. SO he doesn't have to go in and manually change the filters every time he doesn't want to be bothered, or when he doesn't mind.
