okies peeps i am a total newb to macro creation, scripting and just about every other programing thingymajigga. i learn fast and seriously wanta learn this stuff so i can stop posting junk posts. anywho ive been all over this board and i seriously need someone to kinda gimme a kick in the brain cells to start me on the road to understanding this. i downloaded MQ and ahvent started it up yet so thats probably what i should do soon although ive been surfin through this site for what? 6 hours now? and come up with a whole lota nothing as far as to really start out with. so anyways im gunna drop my email here for anyone who reads this to send me some info on how to make things workk and whats what and the like. anyways hope i dont get to much flame off this posting but hell guys and gals i gota start somehwere and dont feel like having 3 felonys for my first three attempts at stuff like this just because i input script_line_# in one spot and accidently went to some flippin bank and ended up transfering a ton of cash to some tiny asian island and makin some poor sap rich while i rot lol ya know what i mean vern? anyways again ive been all over these boards and have resortedin starting my own thread to get the ball rolling so anything on here or in my email will be a substantial start on what i hope to be a promising future in enjoying this stuff! so please oh please help me to become and almighty computer geek of prowess and aid this young jedi into the darkside! lol anywho enjoy and please gimme some slack im a skater/ reformed pot head (yeah right) who never had a chance to try this on mom and pops old comp lol now i got the stuff and the interest now i just need to get meself into a lil trouble lol

I was just about to say the same thing DeathOfRats.
While that post was incredibly hard to read, what I managed to make of it was you want help a) Getting MQ up and running, and b) learning to script macros.
We can't help you with a) unless you provide more information, such as whether or not you can compile MQ at all. You are aware you need either Visual C++ 6.0 or Visual C++ .NET to even get started, aren't you?
Use the SEARCH function, compiling MQ has been addressed numerous times.
MQ comes with a README file, that addresses the basics. Granted it's fairly out of date, and can even be a bit cryptic at times, but you can at least get an overview of the scripting language.
Then, go to the Macro Depot and read macros. Start with the small ones, things that auto-fish and such. When you are comfortable with those you can move on to more complicated (Grimjack :) ) scripts.
And please, please try to write posts in English, with proper sentences and paragraphs. The harder your questions are to figure out the less likely people are to take the time to help you.

ok, as far as paragraphs are concerned, i figured simply that most people that frequent boards are used to reading straight through.

anyways as far as the comment about take a local coarse then you aint been to no hick town! damn! lol
i live in a town where my graduating class was 60 total peeps for my year
they never offeed a basic comp. prgog class or anything dealing with computers ans as far as going back to scholl i highly doubt ill find a school anywhere within 60 miles of me that even really knows what a computer is! so im not joking here i have zero resaouces for information like this!

i dont plan on leaving these boards alone anytime soon so help here would be the best bet instead of ignorant anal comments.
stating the obvious to me is kinda like lookin in the mirro to yourself and goin "duh! im a bonehead!" kinda redundant and pointless.
i am looking for genuine help on either setting up macros or recieveing working copys of it where i can simply plop em into the folder and go. im not looking to learn the entire trip in a matter of minutes but ide seriously like some help.
for instance i wanta do the cheese.mac but as far as beeing able to set it up myself i aint got a clue! so would luv it if someone being kind and not malicious could send me the info on how to A) do it myself or B) send me a working copy and the info i need to install it.
im a newb and just wanta get things set up for myself in game for now and want to continue to read the boards you all have and try to figure this stuff out for myself. so ANY real information would SERIOUSLY appreciated as in IE you on me server send the wench a tell (youll know me if your on that server) and ill do everything in my power to aid asisst and downright hook up whatever i can aand then some. aint a bribe its genuine appreciativeness.
anyways im gunna stop rambling and continue to named rape zones with what i have figured out for myself allready.
