The MACROQUEST.EXE file is linked to missing export KERNEL32

this is the error i get when i start up macroquest:

The MACROQUEST.EXE file is linked to missing export KERNEL32

then i get one behind it that say:

C:\...\macroquest\macroquest.exe
A device attached the the system is not responding.

i'm not smart about this and i wouldn't even listen to me but are you running 9x? i know it only works with 2000/XP maybe that helps but i doubt it cause its me :)
