Failed Plugins

Post by crankyplayer » Sat Dec 09, 2006 2:11 am

I read somewhere on the boards about people needing to re compile plugins - i am currently trying to compile pluggin mq2fps.dll When i try through Vis Studio c++ it wont let me =( the error i get when i load mq2 on computer is as follows :

Please Re-compile C:\docs and settings\desktop\macroquest2\mq2fps.dll --it is out of date with respect to mq2main (1165645098 > 1161834209 )

I tried to find some info on the boards and wiki dealing with these numbers and didnt find much

mostly just searches coming back with .dll things

Where did you get MQ2FPS? You need to get the source code from the VIP::Plugins forum and then recompile it to link up with the current MQ2. If you are not a VIP, you shouldn't have MQ2FPS.

You can always get WinEQ for the same functionality as MQ2FPS.
