stun macro, did a search found none, requesting one

Hi, I am requesting a stun macro I want to use an enchanter stuns, and cast them over and over nothing special, just want something that continues to cast the 4 stuns.

looking for something that will cast gem slot 1 - 4 in a continous loop and dosent use any files other than maybe spell_routine.inc.

The macro can be started and stopped with /mqpause and should be very simple to complete.

I personally tried to build this particular macro but I cant even figure out how to get spells to cast. im a retard and the manual is over my head : (

if anyone has any imput and can help that would be appreciated!
