Begging macro

http://forever-hacking.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=6 has a offest for begging anywhere in the zone but one problem is i dont know how to work offsets.. yes i am a newb. You could pull this easily off all you need is to make the macro target a mob that is in bad faction to a guard you stand next to.
