I highly doubt you're going to find something for the mac. You're better off spending $500-$600 on a laptop with windows and playing eq on that.

Or use Parallels (more playable & better performance than Fusion in my experience although that's another option).

I've also tried getting it to work using Crossover 9, but not had a lot of success; crashes right before the char select comes up, but there's obviously font problems as well (seen in the built-in patcher). Others have reported success in earlier versions of Crossover though.

I actually tried signing up for eqmac when I first decided to start playing the game again. I left shortly after GoD's release anyway in early 2004 so it's not like I would have missed the newer content. However soe's web pages for the signup and download are horribly broken and after further investigation found a lot of user complaints that the release and servers are not well supported if at all, the community is tiny and it is very very buggy. This convinced me to go mainstream even if I had to actually run Windows again (blah).

yeah i quit anyways, didnt get any groupage. people were dicky, not the kinda game i would sped 13 dollars a month on, if anything ill end up getting windows and playing mainstream again. but only if the l33test of the l33est of uber majik comes out for it

Hi, I have a mac book pro and wanted to get back into everquest, so If I want to play I have to play on the everquest mac edition so I downloaded the login Lp thing and made a 15 day free trail account but when I go to log in it says no valid subsciprtion and it pops up a page that doesn't load. can anyone help??

Not sure why you expect to find everquest mac support on this forum. Might try the sony forums for that.

Actually, the eqmac binary is from late 2002. It really bears almost no resemblance to Titanium at all.
