/click left auto

HI, I started a macro to auto drop stuff to my charactor, but I am having trouble. It seems the /click left auto works fine with original user interface where you drop stuff onto the pictice of your self. BUT, in the 'full screen' interface the command goes to that same location ( far right, towards the top. With the inventory panel open it should put it in the"Auto Equip" area, on my setup thats at 275,350. I can use $invpanel to open the invetory panel, /click left 275 350 and then close it, BUT I am looking for a universal way to do this. Thanks Flashg

are you in 800x600 or 640x480

The answer is YES. My "full screen" interface is 800*600, but when I goto the "original" interface I *think* it goes to 640*480. I will try to change the EQ Display options to keep it as 800*600 all the time, but I'm not sure if it will make any difference. I sure hope I dont have to goto 640*480 because I dont *think* that resolution allows for the "full screen" interface.

Are you opening up your inventory first?

Well, I guess I found my problem. I set my "full screen" UI to 640*480, and when I hit the "I" key the 640*480 "original inventory" UI pops up. Doing that the /click left auto and /click left inv 0 Works !!!! BUT, is this normal?
I am writing a "always on " macro that I rather play in 800*600. Did Plaz intend on finding the location of the "auto drop box" in every screen? If not the under the next UI will we still have to revert to the 640*480 inventory mode?

FYI: In the 800*600 mode the "I" key pops up the trasparant inventory screen that is user positioned.

/click left auto works perfect with the transparent inventory for me.

Grrr. Thanks Xaanin. I am using WinEQ also maybe thats a problem? Or is there a .INI in WinEQ, MQ or WindowsXP that can cause this?

Well, between reinstalling the latest version of MQ, reading the EQW FAQ's about not to change resolution, the problem is gone. Under the old UI I could /click left auto fine. Only did it a few times, so I hope its realy fixed.
