Damn, the hammer fell down on me. Wish you guys had a file upload worth a damn. I'm not about to snip 30 some odd UI.xml files.

I'll upload it to my personal site and share the link through that.

heh , if you find a file sharing site that wont cause you to rip out your hair, will add the updated spacing for level 100 for taget/player/extended target windows. Also have a bigbank thats resizable, smaller tiles, all open thats updated for the additional 2 shared slots.

Yeah, still working on some of that. I fixed the bag issue with the UI, AA Window, Inventory, and now I'm on the Targeting windows. I also replaced the map, I hate the map that this comes with.

okay, 2 other sites are more of a headache to set up, just for short term free trials, bah.

Giving google docs a try. First go at it so, sorry if it donna work. Seems to on testing on my end. Able to access and download it using other machines. Heres hoping =D

Extended Target window and group window have aggro meters displayed. Other then that its just tweaking to better display level 100+.

Additional Files

Included are different buff windows that are more compact, color coding buff/debuff, and always have timer up (and resizable)

Containers.. just smaller bag windows for those of us into TS and have screens on the smaller side =-P

Hotbuttons, wider hotbuttons. I prefer my hotbuttons in horizontal bars. Using this UI and reducing the button size to 80% gives me hotbutton bar roughly the same footprint as normal but the wider button makes the text easier to read. Specially helpful if your a situational control freak like me who has a series of CAST GROUP HEAL NOW! type commands to various toons =P

Player Window (make sure to move player.dds with) window I adjusted the spacing on to allow for better viewing on tribute/timers, adjusted the attack indicator to something I prefer, move the max/current HP/MANA/END numbers over to add current regen of HP/MANA/END

these are not my creation. Simply ones from EQInterface or here that are modified to my liking as I learn XML.

Short Duration Buff Window

player window I use. I prefer being able to see exactly what a mob is doing to me rather then reviewing records and parsing it down. Its amuch larger window (roughly 3x normal or more) but it packs alot of information into it that I have found useful. Like for instance -50000 on hp regen or mana regen visible during fight, not after HPs went poof and trying to figure out if it was surge DPS, healer did a brainfart or some whammy hit.

I have this same "ghosting" problem but with an entirely different UI. I switched to this UI thinking it may solve it, but it did not. I even get it with the default UI.

On my second computer with bots using default UI I do NOT have the ghosting issue.

So clearly there is some setting, resolution difference etc that is causing this. Anyone have any suggestions or if they have dealt with this before wanna share the secret? lol

I should add it only happens in certain zones. For instance The Buried Sea, but it does not happen in PoK or The Great Divide....I'm wondering if it has to do with number of mobs or something? UI running out of memory? Hell if I know.

The "ghosting" problem being described is an EQ issue. EQ only allows a maximum number of lines displayed and with the map spawns, it tends to cause it to run over the limit.

I figured as much since it only happens in really dense zones. I suppose that's what I get for having this asinine UI with everything on the screen at once :( I swear there is a 3D game behind all the windows somewhere.
