Is there a how to?

I like MQ alot, its a great program, and I completely understand you people not wanting some one to just download it and be able to run it without putting any time into it. I dont know programming at all, but then again i didnt know SEQ or linux either, but i am willing to learn and could always use a good project. I got VC++ 6.0, and been trying to figure out what to do... if some one could point me in the right direction would be much thanks
