Fishing Macro

Post by Mckorr » Thu May 22, 2003 5:49 pm

I'm sure this has been posted a couple of times in various places. This version will stop if you break the pole because /finditem does not work at this time:

Code: Select all

| - Fish.mac -

#include routines.mac

#event NoPole "You need to put your fishing pole in your primary hand."
#event NoBait "You can't fish without fishing bait, go buy some."
#event BrokePole "Your fishing pole broke!"

Sub Main
   /cleanup
   /sit on
   :Fish
      /if $char(ability,fishing)>0 /if $cursor()==NULL {
         /doability Fishing
         /doevents
         /delay 13s
         /if "$cursor(name)"=="Tattered Cloth Sandal" /click left destroy
         /if "$cursor(name)"=="Rusty Dagger" /click left destroy
         /if $cursor()==TRUE /click left auto
         }
    /goto :Fish
/return

Sub Event_NoPole
   /stand
   /endmacro
   /return

Sub Event_NoBait
   /stand
   /endmacro
   /return

Sub Event_BrokePole
   /stand
   /endmacro
   /return

Pole broke

Post by grimjack » Thu May 22, 2003 7:41 pm

Hehe I have one of those Fisherman's companions that summon brells fishing pole. I just have it click the companion when my pole breaks and put it in the slot. Not a bad workaround if you have access to get one of the companions.
