Looks very "T.King"ish. I assume you checked EQInterface?

I did, And I have a copy, I just guessing that his .xml will have MQ2 infused with it.

Looks like just the target window that has MQ stuff in it, right? They added spell timers for regular EQ a while back.

Should be pretty easy to mod that one window... you could look at other custom MQ UI's and see what changes people have made.
