my account got hacked! How can i get it back???

You sure it was hacked and that you weren't banned?

If you are sure it was "hacked" (or taken from you in any other way), I believe you can call up SoE customer service and with the credit card info and 2 of the CD-Keys you used in the account (only one i would assume if you had no expansions) they will give it back to you. I seriously doubt they will give back any items taken and/or give back any characters deleted though, so I'm sorry to hear that that happened to you.

Somewhere on Sony's site you can reset your password (if you have the original email you signed up for the account with or the last 4 of the original CC). At least you could last I checked ~ 1 yr ago.
