File Attachment Mod

Sorry for any inconvienince(whatever) the outage of the forums on 20020711 might have caused. The main reason for this outage was the installation of a mod that a user really (REALLY REALLY) wanted me to install, the file attachment mod. This shall allow you to attach files to upload for download so you don't have to use the

Now thanks to someone *cough*Zaphod*cough* we have fixed the file attachment mod to actually work on forum posts, not just private messages! yea!
