VIP access

Good day,
I happily donated and recieved a confirmation e-mail. However, the VIP is not showing up as an option under the groups menu. Any help is appreciated.

You automatically get VIP. You don't select it. Did you donate with the donation page? Or donate to one of the devs directly?

Yes I did donate, and got a confirmation email that links me back to the usergroups page. However, I do not see the forums and when i try an external link i get the 'it does not exist' message. I think it might have linked an older user name that has become inactive, rather than the one i'm currently using, but not certain.

This nice program btw, i'm slowely teaching it to myself. I know enough right now to F things u pretty good

, but i cant help it I like to tinker.

Used the automated system yesterday to donate, and still no access. Is that system still working, or do I also need to PM a Dev?

Will it work? I'd like to donate for VIP access. Are the VIP forums more active? Most everything here seems to be pretty out of date. This thread is filled with "doesn't work" reports.

So, if I donate now at http://www.macroquest2.com/main.php?p=donate will it work?

You may need to send a personal message to one of the devs and/or post here to get access after you have donated if the automatic system doesn't work, but that shouldn't take more than a couple of days. The VIP forums are more active.

The "split" donation gets you in automatically unless you do something silly.

Does the split donation would had worked still ?

Note: The option to split evenly has been removed. I fully believe in splitting by work, as some of the developers including myself (Lax) are not very active anymore, and I would feel pretty bad taking my share of donations without doing my share of the current work. DKAA for example received nearly every penny from a recent patch, as he did the work.

Throw me off so donated directly to DKAA.
