I frankly don't have the cash to shell out on a commercial compiler, and pirating isn't really an option I want to follow. 1) Warez is bad. If you support it actively on the forums I will ban you (IE request, link, etc)
2) not at this time. There is a developer trying to port it to the bloodshed c++ compiler ( www.bloodshed.net i believe) but I do not think this has yet been done, I'm sure if you are willing that he would love help in porting it, There should be a post on this in the Developer forums.
