Aufwiedersehen...

Post by Malachi » Thu Mar 13, 2003 6:43 pm

I just wanted to say goodbye to the world of MQ cuz I'm leaving the world of EQ. It finally just got too boring. I haven't even run the exe since a week before the patch that killed MQ came out. I just got a shadowbane beta, so I'm off to that now.

So anyway, so long and thanks for all the fish.

~malachi

p.s. if anyone is interested in buying a pretty decked out account, send me a PM. No uber chars, just lots of chars with lots of really nice gear. I'll sell it pretty cheap.

p.p.s. if this double posts....I'm really sorry, Phoenix is having lots of troubles today for some reason.

Salutations,
That doesn' mean you have to leave the MQ community. Find the info on SB for MQ and I will seriously (even if its just me) work on porting it. SB is becoming the new world (so it seems :-/) and if MQ is gonna survive, that might be something we want to do.

Ok, I'll see what I can do. I'm definately going to spend some time seeing what I can do with offsets.

Once a cheater always a cheater, I guess.

Salutations,
Thats the ticket. If you find anything I'll set up a SB::General (changing the 'EverQuest' category to be 'Games' ) and perhaps ad some SB dev forums... ya know...

I also preordered SB. I fear that this game will kick ass and I wont be playing EQ too much. but the MQ code still is strange and confusing and I aint gonna give up till i understand.

Just for fun

Post by Malachi » Fri Mar 14, 2003 10:52 pm

Someone asked me to list my chars on the account, so here they are. in the pm I gave specific levels and the server, but I'm not putting them up here because it'd be too easy to find the account.

I also forgot to mention that there's a level 8 chanter on the account too, with 165 charisma and 125 intelligence who is a tradeskill mule. If /click ever works again, there is a macro that makes about 120pp an hour w/ him. Again, I'll tell ya if you get the account.

This is what I wrote:
The account has...

it's on XXXXXXXXXXX

mid 40's-halfling druid, with about 104 pts of wis gear on, including scimitar of the emerald dawn, kickass weap. His total wis is something like 211 w/o KEI, and 236 with. He also has elder spiritualists vambraces, clicky 400hp dot. His skills are maxed, specialized in evocation. Regular factions w/ all but the WFP guards...they don't like him. He also has all available spells for his level, and a couple ruby etched steins for +25 cha each so charm sticks better and he gets better prices. Oh...he just got a rallic pack too. He easily kites 4 HG's at once. He's wearing an almost full suit of reenforced acrylia and custom-made jewelry.
l
low 30's-barbarian warrior, wearing mostly crusty but some ry'gorr. He's got lots of cool weaps, some that are looted (like Green Jade Broadsword-about the quality of a lammy, more damage and only slightly slower, looks badass), a Felhammer (kickass 2hs), centi short, gmls, yadda yadda. His str's around like 170 or something like that, stamina is like 160 or so. He's maxed out in kick, slam, sense heading, taunt, all that good warrior crud.

mid 20's-Vah Shir Beastie. His h2h is maxed for his level, currently working on 1hb b/c he's got SCHW (silver chitin hand wraps, 22% haste), and 1hb delay is super low. He hits fast as anything right now. He's also got all available spells, very soloable with c3. He's a lot of fun.

low 20's-halfling rogue. This was my original character, and he was good back in 2000 when I started him. He's got good skills now for a 20 rogue, but shitty gear. The druid can camp him a harpoon of the deep in no time at all in LOIO.

young (under 15, higher than 10)-wood elf bard. This character is TOTALLY soloable. She's NEVER grouped, because she's wearing an iksar regen BP. She's got a crystalline spider fang and lots of +hp and +str gear, she tears the world apart. She still totally solos yellows, and some reds. This is the hardest twink I've ever made.

young (under 15, higher than 10)-DE necro. This character is past the shitty shitty shitty low necro levels. He's got a clicky lifetap ring that will work at 20, and decent gear otherwise. Int's somewhere like 150 or 170 or something like that. He just bought the level 12 necro spells. Using lifetaps (they're unresistable) he can solo the Fiends in Paludal if you park him in a safe spot, SUPER fast leveling.

very young (above 5, under 10)-Wood Elf bard on The Nameless, wearing lots of lambent. This was given to me by a friend, he's got all songs to his level and decent gear.

The Druid is obviously my favorite, most played character. He makes plat FAST in Rathe and he's so soloable that it's rediculous. I've discovered a camp that's easier than HG's, almost always open, and makes money about 2 or 3x as fast, I'll tell ya if you get the account. There's around 4k in plat distributed around the various characters, I had a lot more but I dropped it on beastie gear and the breastplate. The Felhammer alone is a 2k weapon, it's damage/delay ratio is, according to everlore, "Godly."

All but the low bard, the necro, and the druid are guilded in a decent guild. The druid was an officer, and few know that the other characters are his brothers and sisters.

As for price, make me an offer. Don't insult me, but I'm willing to make a deal. :)

~malachi

P.S. Almost all of them have tons of available practice points, the druid has like 80 something, the beastie like 40, the warrior like 40, the bard like 30....

Druid has a surname, he's the only toon with one.

Oh, and the accounts flagged for everything but Ykesha or whatever it's called, I can send ya the discs if you want them.
